Hosted by Hafen Wien, the MultiRELOAD Consortium Meeting set the scene to evaluate the project's initial year of implementation and discuss the milestones that remain on the horizon. 

The partners evaluated various aspects such as:
  • Progress and Achievements: A comprehensive review of the accomplishments made during the first year of the project, encompassing successful initiatives, completed tasks, advancements in the frame of the elaboration of demos, and positive outcomes.
  • Challenges and Solutions: Identification and discussion of any hurdles or challenges encountered during the implementation phase and proposed solutions or strategies to overcome them in the upcoming phases of the project.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Assessment of engagement with stakeholders, both within and outside the consortium, to ensure alignment with project objectives and foster collaboration for enhanced outcomes.
  • Status of the Demonstrators: Evaluation of technological advancements achieved during the initial year, including any innovative solutions or approaches adopted to drive the proposed solutions within the demonstrators forward.
  • Future Milestones and Objectives: Setting clear milestones for the upcoming year, and aligning them with the project's overarching goals and objectives.
  • Communication Strategy: Establishing effective communication strategies to keep all stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and achievements.
The conclusion of the meeting was marked by a strong commitment from the consortium to ensure the ongoing success and impactful advancement of the MultiRELOAD project towards its ultimate goal: facilitating port solutions for efficient, effective and sustainable multimodality.
